Job Summary
We are seeking a results‑driven Leasing Manager / Senior Manager (Office Services) to lead office leasing activities and drive revenue growth. This role is a sales-focused position with clearly defined targets, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and executing office leasing transactions across commercial office properties.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to landlords and corporate occupiers, delivering end‑to‑end leasing solutions while consistently achieving individual and team revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close office leasing transactions to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow office leasing mandates and fee income
- Identify new client opportunities including occupiers, landlords, developers, and investors
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and fee structures to secure new instructions
Leasing & Transaction Management
- Manage the end‑to‑end office leasing process, including client briefings, property sourcing, site inspections, negotiations, and deal closure
- Advise clients on leasing strategy, rental benchmarks, market conditions, and space optimization
- Lead lease negotiations and coordinate documentation through to completion
- Maintain strong oversight of transaction pipelines and forecasting
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate tenants, landlords, and developers
- Provide high‑quality advisory services to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and strategic clients
Market Intelligence & Commercial Advisory
- Monitor and analyze office market trends, leasing activity, and competitor movements
- Provide insights on rental levels, demand/supply, incentive structures, and occupancy trends
- Support the creation of market reports and leasing strategies for clients
Leadership & Collaboration (Senior Manager level)
- Coach and mentor junior team members to improve sales effectiveness and leasing capability
- Support team target achievement and contribute to overall business growth
- Collaborate with other service lines to maximize cross‑selling opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3–8 years’ experience in office leasing, commercial real estate brokerage, or B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in target‑driven sales environments
- Strong sales mindset with hunger to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement ability
- Commercially astute with understanding of office leasing contracts and structures
- Able to work independently while contributing to team success
