  • Oversee the scheduling and completion of maintenance works in accordance with contract SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time
  • Manage pre‑ and post‑works documentation, reviewing for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Support the wider compliance function by identifying and escalating any compliance issues
  • Maintain and manage the compliance inbox, ensuring all requests and documentation are processed thoroughly from scheduling through to service completion and billing
  • Liaise closely with the Engineering team to ensure maintenance schedules remain relevant and asset database updates are accurately reflected

Subcontractor Management

  • Ensure subcontractor works are scheduled correctly and accurately recorded on the CAFM system
  • Review all subcontractor paperwork to ensure compliance and correct system management
  • Support supply chain management processes by providing feedback on supplier performance
  • Address performance issues directly with subcontractors where required, supporting continuous service delivery

About You

You’ll be a confident and proactive individual with a structured approach to work and a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven knowledge and experience of CAFM systems and processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised with a logical, methodical approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and assertive when communicating with stakeholders
  • Persistent and proactive, following tasks through to resolution
  • Customer‑ and team‑focused, with a helpful and approachable manner

Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in a busy compliance and facilities environment, where your attention to detail and system expertise will directly support service delivery and client satisfaction.
