We are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator on a 9 Month FTC to join our Global Account Team within the Financial and Professional Services Sector.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will assist with engineering operations alongside a team of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. 

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support to the wider account team.

What You’ll Do:

• Review work orders and resolve issues.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• P+L and vendor engagement.
• Engage with vendors for annual contracts, maintenance visits and associated compliance 
• Arrange systems access and provide system support 

What You’ll Need:

• Previous coordination and administrative support experience
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
