About The Role:

This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.

The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your business transformation career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our coordinated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Critical metric Reporting and Automation
  • Understanding critical metric reporting needs and define process
  • Help the teams prepare and finalize the reporting for Q2’25
  • Rollout internal BPoC reporting and monitoring of performance for Canada
  • Help identify and initiate automation of reporting of KPI’s
  • Benefit/Accomplishment Reporting
  • Help develop processes and governance to maintain the BPoC accomplishments report without adding additional workload to the functional teams
  • Support team in quantifying accomplishments to reinforce impact to Brookfield
  • Automation Opportunities
  • Develop an automation/transformation roadmap for next 12 months that identifies quick wins that can be achieved that will potentially save time for the BPoC team and reiterate message of continuous improvement
  • Additional ad hoc support/projects as needed
What You’ll Need: 

  • This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel, in Business Transformation.
  • Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student, graduating in 2026/2027
  • Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Minnesota Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $18.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $20.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
