As part of the Marketing team, the Property Marketeer will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for real estate assets across office, retail, and logistics sectors. The purpose of this role is to position each asset effectively in the market, maximize its commercial potential, and support Leasing teams in achieving successful commercialization.


Working closely with the Leasing teams, the Property Marketeer will act as the end to end owner of marketing activities — from strategic definition to hands on execution — ensuring that every initiative reflects CBRE’s standards of quality, creativity, and brand excellence. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Define and execute asset level marketing strategies, from brand conceptualization to clear market positioning, aligned with leasing objectives, client goals, and CBRE values.

 

Develop and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

 

Create and oversee high quality marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, and digital assets), guaranteeing visual consistency, brand compliance, and strong asset storytelling.

 

Manage campaign execution end to end, including timelines, budgets, resources, and coordination with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and high standard delivery.

 

Collaborate closely with Leasing teams and internal stakeholders, contributing strategic and creative input to property positioning, client pitches, and commercial proposals.

 

Measure performance and activate assets through events, using KPIs and data insights to optimize campaigns, while planning and delivering promotional events tailored to diverse audiences and resolving execution challenges effectively.

 

 

 

PROFILE & KEY COMPETENCIES

 

At least of 6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within real estate sector or marketing agencies.

Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns, from planning to delivery.

Strategic mindset combined with strong creative and visual sensibility.

Excellent coordination and project management skills.

Skilled in producing marketing materials.

Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and strong design awareness.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Fluency in Portuguese and good proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools.
