Payroll Specialist
About the Role
As a CBRE Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for your own tasks which will have direct impact on correctness of whole payroll process. The role requires work in hybrid or stationary system (2-3 days per week presence in the office). If you are looking for new work experience in the multicultural this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Outbound files transferring to payroll provider (work with personal data)
- Payroll input preparation (maternity, holiday, other absences, personal data, leavers, etc.)
- Payroll calculations checking (maternity, holiday, sick notes, other absences, work schedules etc.)
- Payroll month end close reporting
- Working time recording (absences, holiday, overtimes, sick notes etc.)
- Document for employee preparation (remuneration certificates, job certificates etc.)
- Close cooperation with payroll provider
- Answering employees inquires
- Working with other team members to meet payroll deadlines
- Support in year-end processing
- Support in payroll input preparation and check (civil contracts)
- Support in ad-hoc projects (automatizations, legal adjustments of the processes)
What You’ll Need
- Experience in remuneration area at least 1 year
- Knowledge of Polish labour law is mandatory
- Knowledge of T&A (time and attendance settlement) is mandatory
- Intermediate English (B2)
- Fluent Polish
- Excel knowledge (vlookup, sums) – more advanced
- Strong reporting skills
- Experience in HR/Payroll field from multi-national company will be an asset
- Knowledge of any ERP software (Enova will be an asset)
- Good team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, good communication skills
- Adaptability, flexibility and learning agility
