CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a commercial office portfolio in Brisbane. This is a hands on role focused on building operations, contractor management, compliance and budget control within a key client account.  You will have strong experience across commercial property, office buildings and facilities management services and  enjoys working closely with tenants, contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day facilities and building operations across commercial office assets
  • Deliver end to end Facilities Management services, including soft and hard services
  • Lead contractor management, performance reviews and service delivery standards
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasting and monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, fire, mechanical and statutory requirements
  • Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager within commercial office buildings
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance, fire services and mechanical systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors and service providers
  • Solid understanding of property operations, budgets and financial reporting
  • High level of customer service with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced commercial environment
