About the Role:  
As a CBRE Alliance Director, you will oversee the team responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.

What You’ll Do:  
• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance
evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Develop and implement high-profile partnerships and alliance strategies. Drive new business efforts with the strategic account clients in a highly cooperative manner. Source new business opportunities and engage the field accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support to high-profile clients ensuring they receive high-quality customer service.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for partnerships. Negotiate agreements and contracts. Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
• Facilitate regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management to understand their needs.
• Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients utilizing available marketing programs
to reach nominated targets. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on initiatives.
• Identify and address partnership challenges and issues. Track and report on key partnership performance and ROI.
• Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to
achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a 
different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
What You’ll Need:   

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising,and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance
expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Alliance Director is between $180,000 annually and $200,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
