O Front Desk Manager será responsável pelas principais tarefas de gestão operacional do contrato e estará em contacto directo com as diferentes partes interessadas.

Responsável pela gestão operacional do contrato, assegurando o contacto direto com os diversos intervenientes e garantindo a resolução ágil de problemas. O perfil exige elevada disponibilidade e capacidade para gerir novos trabalhos ou alterações de serviço com autonomia.

Deve ter um perfil de disponibilidade de forma a garantir a gestão de problemas e sua resolução de forma rápida, assim como capacidade para lidar com novos trabalhos ou alterações solicitadas.

Função: Gerir a recepção e os serviços de manutenção do local de trabalho do cliente

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gestão de Facility Management: Negociar e acompanhar contratos com fornecedores, bem como gerir o plano de manutenção e as políticas de FM da conta.
  • Gestão de Budget e Auditoria: Colaborar na elaboração do orçamento anual e assegurar o cumprimento de normas ISO e registos de auditoria.
  • Serviços Operacionais e Recepção: Supervisionar os serviços de recepção, correio, limpeza e segurança. Inclui o controlo de acessos, gestão de salas de reuniões, eventos e verificação periódica das instalações.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Habilitações: Mínimo 12.º ano de escolaridade (Nível III ou IV).
  • Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções similares no setor de Facility Management.
  • Competências Técnicas: Conhecimentos de serviços de manutenção, limpeza e gestão de custos/orçamentos.
  • Idiomas: Domínio intermédio da língua espanhola (obrigatório); conhecimentos de inglês serão valorizados.
  • Soft Skills: Capacidade analítica, autonomia, organização e forte apetência para o trabalho em equipa.
