What You'll Do

• Lead the charge: You'll be a key player, assigning tasks to your talented team members and ensuring every duty is completed smoothly and on time.
• System Superhero: Get hands-on installing, repairing, adjusting, servicing, and maintaining electric or pneumatic control systems for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This includes expertly calibrating instruments, gauges, and control components.
• Inspection Extraordinaire: Conduct thorough, ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to guarantee optimal operation and ensure everything complies with the latest codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting Ace: When equipment throws a curveball, you're the one diagnosing failures, pinpointing the root cause, and figuring out the best course of action for modifications or repairs.
