  • Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
  • Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing commercial facilities, including daily operations, maintenance activities, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight
  • Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including supervising onsite teams, setting performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and driving accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Valid driver’s license required. Facilities Management certification preferred
  • Joint Commission or DNV (Det Norske Veritas) experience required.
  • Experience developing, managing, and tracking operating budgets
