About the Role:

The Site Foreman will be responsible for the direct supervision of on-site labor and daily construction activities for data center projects in Thailand. This role ensures that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

What you'll do: 

    • On-site Supervision: Lead and supervise tradespeople, contractors, and subcontractors on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Safety Enforcement: Strictly enforce all health and safety regulations, including those mandated by Thailand's OSHA, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
    • Work Coordination: Coordinate daily work activities, manage labor, and ensure effective workflow to meet productivity targets and scheduled milestones.
    • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed, conducting inspections and ensuring alignment with customer standards and data center requirements.
    • Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
    • Reporting: Capture daily updates, report progress to the Construction Manager, and highlight any issues, delays, or safety concerns.
    • Resource Management: Assist in managing on-site materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Commissioning Support: Provide hands-on support during the testing and commissioning phases of data center systems.
    • Design-Build Support: Work with the construction team to implement design changes and new design elements as they are developed in parallel with construction.
    What you'll need:
      • Vocational degree or equivalent technical certification in a construction-related field.
      • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in construction, with at least 2-3 years in a foreman or supervisory role, preferably on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
      • Strong knowledge of various construction trades, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical.
      • Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing site-specific health and safety programs in Thailand.
      • Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
      • Experience with structured cabling and IT infrastructure installation is highly desirable for data center projects.
      • Ability to manage crews, timelines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation.
      • Fluent in Thai; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
