      Minimum 5 years of experience in IT tech park facility management.

• ·       Graduation
• ·       Diploma in fire and safety (1 Year)
• ·       OSHA, IOSH
• ·       First aid

·       Maintain the documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation.

·       Work closely with site to ensure continual improvement and compliance in EHS activities.

·       Responsible for ensuring that employees receive training on EHS related topics.

·       Maintain regulatory documentation and records.

·       Provide co-ordination in response to incidents.

·       Assist in the development of new facilities and processes to ensure optimum EHS practices are integrated as part of the change.

·       Perform related duties as assigned.

·       Work within the Company’s (Microsoft) EHS policies and practices.

·       Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time.

·       Maintain Unsafe act / unsafe condition tracker.

·       Maintaining Firefighting system

·       Conduct risk assessment and should have ability to present to the management.

·        Coordinating with vendors.

·       Support in IFM project
