As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable, safe and cost effective operation of all building services, essential services and soft services across the portfolio. You will lead a small on site team, manage key service partners and play a central role in delivering capital work, risk management and sustainability initiatives.
The Opportunity:
- Lead the operational management of all building services, essential services and infrastructure and ensure safe, compliant and reliable operation of plant and equipment
- Manage OPEX within budget and deliver approved capital works programs
- Own contractor performance — from procurement and contract execution through to KPIs
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximise asset performance
- Partner with finance, sustainability, procurement and capital works teams
- Provide clear, accurate reporting to the client and internal stakeholders
- Support sustainability and energy initiatives across the portfolio
About You:
- Extensive experience in commercial facilities or building management
- Strong knowledge of essential services, compliance and risk management
- Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners
- Budget management and financial reporting capability
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions focused leadership style
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable)
