Shift Details (12 Hour Day Shifts) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM


What You’ll Do:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment (pumps, valves, sensors, lift stations, chemical feed systems, etc.).
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, perform emergency repairs, and optimize treatment performance.
  • Document inspections, readings, and maintenance activities; support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with facility operations and provide clear communication on system status and impacts.

What You’ll Need:

  • Massachusetts 3M Wastewater License (required)
  • Massachusetts 1I Industrial Wastewater License (required)
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment principles, mechanical systems, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently, respond to urgent issues, and support a high‑reliability environment.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including

a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position

is or $40.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is

 $46.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate

will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
