The role is diverse, challenging and provides a unique career and professional development opportunity for the incumbent. The Head of Operations fulfils a key role in the Property Management business as follows:
¡ Provide leadership and management on internal business operations of the Property Management business in the Philippines
¡ Drives performance management and talent development / acquisition programs to support service delivery growth
¡ Manage the Transition of Assets, ensuring establishment, handover, documentation, hiring, billing, SOP establishment, and operational requirement for service delivery
¡ Leads the overall delivery of service excellence program
¡ Provides leadership and management support to the Head of Property Management for ensuring financial projections and performance are met
¡ Creates governance and processes in collaboration with the team, ensure contracts are in place to standards and process followed professionally to standards and requirements
¡ Development, education/enablement, and implementation of standard operating procedures based on the Global Standards platform, Localized Market / Industry Standards and upkeep of SOP’s and documentation on the web/sharepoint or other vehicles.
¡ Work closely with the Property Management Leadership team to prepare and institutionalize Risk Registry Review, monitoring, and supported; ensuring standards are in place
¡ Collaboration with Shared Services in supporting the broader operations of Property Management (HR, IT, L&D, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal etc)
¡ Oversees an audit and process improvement program on an ongoing basis
¡ Roll out and manage the implementation of systems / IT that add value to our teams and clients
¡ Supporting training which underpins Global Standards and ensuring all teams follow the localized global standards, compliance and risk management
¡ Drive the operating performance and standards of delivery of the onsite teams
Client and Stakeholders Relationship Management:
¡ Build and maintain effective working relationships with all members of Property Management without compromising independence and integrity of service delivery
¡ Develop effective working relationships with Shared Services / Platform / National Leadership in order to leverage resources and to support corporate initiatives in compliance, training and risk management
¡ Support business leaders in demonstrating Property Management business operations capability in new business opportunities
¡ Maintain effective relationships with external clients (client care & key developer relationships) through delivery of advisory engagement, aligned compliance, SOP, and risk management initiatives
Experience
¡ Senior level PM delivery experience
¡ More than 10 years of relevant experience in the property management industry
¡ At least 3 relevant years on P&L experience (even only exposure / involvement; not necessarily owning)

Qualifications
¡ Tertiary qualification in a property related discipline, accounting, compliance or law
¡ Master’s in business administration is a plus
¡ Completion of intermediate to advance training in Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. PowerPoint intermediate competency would be advantageous.
