About the Role:
As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and are completed on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage all phases of data center projects, from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee contractors and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage project risks and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and critical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with quality compliance and fast-track delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with building codes and relevant regulations in Malaysia (UBBL, BOMBA).
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
