We are seeking an Executive Concierge to join our high performing onsite team within a premium landmark commercial building in the heart of the city.

As a natural people person, you will be the face and heartbeat of the workplace, delivering a seamless, personalised experience for tenants and visitors alike. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant lobby environment while providing exceptional concierge and administrative support that fosters connection and community.

With the autonomy to deliver best in class concierge services, you will craft a sophisticated lobby experience that reflects the quality and prestige of the building.

What your day will look like;

• Deliver outstanding front of house service by warmly welcoming all visitors, managing visitor registration, answering and directing calls, booking meeting rooms, and providing concierge support including transport coordination and local recommendations
• Act as an extension of the Facilities Management team by responding to Tenant Service Requests, coordinating building and housekeeping services, and conducting regular inspections of common areas and amenities
• Support customer experience initiatives, including events coordination, content updates for the Host building app, amenity bookings, and retail promotions

What you’ll bring;

• Previous experience in a Front Desk, Concierge, Customer Service or Hospitality role (highly regarded)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport and trusted relationships
• Strong problem solving capability and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
• A flexible, adaptable approach with the confidence to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile technologies and workplace applications
