Role Purpose
The focus of the role will be supporting the sales team, providing data, knowledge and relevant information of potential opportunities. Not only from internal sources, but also from external ones.
This role is central to the success of the sales team, working constantly in partnership with all of CBRE’s Lines of Business, Research and data team driving collaboration and ultimately supporting the growth in our win rates.
This is predominantly an internal facing role although there will be occasions when there will be few direct interaction with the clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify emerging sales opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms, market research databases) to extract relevant information and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and manage programs to support the sales team in pursuing identified opportunities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and evaluate potential new markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings.
• Manage data behind the programmes and use to demonstrate the value add
• Conduct customer research, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to understand needs and identify unmet demands.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and potential growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of opportunity identification initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards and reports to track progress and communicate findings.
Person Specification/Requirements
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills / Experience Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Tableu, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, AI)
• Experience or understanding of a commercial environment (ideally property-related) and corporate structures would be preferable but not essential
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Proven experience of programme management within a corporate setting and working closely with internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within the property industry is desired but not essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience with advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning)
