We are now looking for an Advisor / Senior Advisor to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Finland. This role also includes active involvement in CBRE’s Data Center advisory activities, supporting one of the fastest‑growing and most strategic real estate segments globally.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a consulting or real estate background who is motivated to work in a client‑facing advisory role and deepen their expertise in industrial & logistics real estate and data‑center‑related advisory work.
What will you be doing?
As an Advisor / Senior Advisor in our Industrial & Logistics team, you will work closely with Finnish and international occupier and investor clients, delivering consultative advisory services and executing leasing transaction projects.
Your role will combine strategic advisory, hands‑on transaction execution, and analytical support, with responsibilities tailored to your experience level. You will also participate in Data Center team activities, contributing to client materials, market insights, and analytical work.
Your key responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients in defined advisory and transaction assignments within the industrial & logistics and support in data center segments
- Independently managing industrial and logistics leasing transactions and relocation projects, with senior support when required
- Advising clients on industrial & logistics location strategies, lease structures, occupancy costs, and portfolio optimization
- Supporting data center advisory projects by preparing analytical materials, market overviews, and client‑facing presentations
- Analyzing lease structures, financial implications, rental benchmarks, and development feasibility considerations
- Coordinating site searches, transaction processes, and negotiations together with local CBRE colleagues
- Preparing proposals, pitches, and strategic advisory materials for industrial, logistics, and data center clients
- Maintaining accurate transaction reporting, timelines, and client deliverables
- Collaborating across CBRE service lines (Capital Markets, Project Management & Valuations) to ensure integrated service delivery
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and solution‑oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a client‑facing advisory role and communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured manner and have a genuine interest in commercial real estate in field of Industrial & logistics as well as data centres.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate Economics, Business/Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- Advisor: typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, consulting, or a related field
- Senior Advisor: typically, 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage transactions and client relationships
- Previous experience in advisory and leasing services is considered a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial analysis, cash flow modelling, or lease comparisons is an advantage
- Fluency in both Finnish and English (written and spoken)
- Real estate broker license is beneficial but not required
