CBRE is a global leader in commercial real estate, helping corporate and private clients lease, manage and maximise their office assets. In the Christchurch agency team, agents work with landlords and tenants to secure the right spaces, negotiate lease and broker sale transactions across the Industrial and Office sectors ensuring a dynamic and varied working environment. The Team Administrator is the central support hub, keeping the team organised, coordinating key information, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast‑moving, commercial environment.
The Opportunity:
- Providing high-level support to the Christchurch agency team, including preparing lease and sales documentation, maintaining databases and external client/vendor relationship management
- Supporting campaigns – drafting, reports, presentations and other documentation
- Organising meetings and providing day-to-day administration support
- Play a key role in a continuous process improvement between agency operations and marketing
- Processing invoices, expenses, reconciliations and marketing campaign costs
- Supporting agents with CBRE platforms including Salesforce, MarketIQ, First AML and Finishline
About You:
- 3-5 years’ administration experience
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment (property experience is a bonus)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage
- Strong invoice management and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational capability and exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work independently, confidentiality and ability to navigate sensitive information
