About the Role:

As Program Operations Specialist you will support the operational backbone of our PaCE and SOC Teams. This role is designed for a data-driven professional who excels at financial tracking, asset inventory management, and maintaining rigorous process standards. The successful candidate will act as the custodian of our operation data, ensuring that budgets, site checklists, and asset directories are accurate and up-to-date.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

This role operates strictly within documented process standards and does not involve strategic risk assessment or policy decision-making. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor and track expenditures against approved budgets, ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into spend.
  • Process Purchase Orders (POs), reconcile invoices, and resolve administrative blockers in the payment process.
  • Maintain and reconcile the Global SOC Services tool and asset inventory lists (e.g., Wellspring). Ensure 100% data accuracy regarding licenses, ownership, and deployment status.
  • Coordinate the administrative ticketing process for provisioning and de-provisioning access to security tools and data repositories following strict SOPs.
  • Manage the "New Site Verification" queue; ensure all operational readiness (OA) assessment bugs are tracked, updated, and routed to the correct resolver groups.
  • Create and update directories for new assets, ensuring contact information for Site Managers (SMs), GCL contacts, and 3PL contacts is current.
  • Create and maintain client Incident Reporting logs for new site launches or deviations.
  •  Execute administrative checklists for deviations and monthly
  • Dashboard Management: Aggregate, cleanse, and format data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
  • Monitor operational queues (e.g., Access Control, Site Bugs); assign tickets to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based on defined logic, and track items to closure.
  • Perform daily updates on project trackers (Asana/Sheets), ensuring that status fields reflect the latest reality provided by the technical teams.
  • Develop and update presentation decks and project reference materials for project kick-offs, status updates, and leadership reviews; update any and all business review decks to capture monthly metrics.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Proven ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel: Comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and managing large datasets without errors. 
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for this position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
