As a CBRE Mobile Facilities Engineer, you will oversee and maintain a portfolio of six to eight healthcare office facilities on our 1st shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of building systems across a portfolio of 6-8 medical office sites in Pueblo, CO which requires extensive travel utilizing a company-provided work van.
This role primarily focuses on comprehensive HVAC maintenance, general repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across various building systems, ensuring operational efficiency and a safe environment for our client.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee and perform HVAC maintenance, including troubleshooting hot and cold issues, filter changes, and coil cleaning, across assigned medical office sites.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on various building systems and equipment to maximize operational lifespan and efficiency.
- Manage and complete assigned work orders efficiently, estimating time and materials needed for repairs, and maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and tools.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of building equipment issues.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance of critical safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and fire exit signs.
- Execute general plumbing maintenance, such as replacing faucets and stopping leaks.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance, including outlet replacement, troubleshooting outages, and changing lightbulbs.
- Address various general maintenance tasks, including drywall repairs and paint touch-ups.
- Review inspections of building and industrial systems (e.g., fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure optimal equipment operation and prescribed environmental conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
- Operate company-issued vehicles safely and responsibly for daily work responsibilities.
- Maintain a client-facing approach, ensuring professional and courteous interactions with site occupants and stakeholders.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong emphasis on HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex building system issues.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
