Job Responsibilities
OSE Planning & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) across data center projects.
  • Develop OSE logistics strategies aligned with construction and commissioning timelines.
  • Manage long-lead equipment forecasting, tracking, and delivery sequencing.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Oversee international/domestic shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and site delivery.
  • Manage freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and logistics vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively mitigate supply chain risks or delays.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of critical equipment (UPS, generators, switchgear, racks, cooling units, etc.).
Technical Coordination
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure equipment meets project specifications.
  • Review technical submittals and verify compliance with approved standards.
  • Coordinate FAT, inspections, and site acceptance activities.
  • Support integration of OSE into MEP systems and commissioning readiness.
Stakeholder & Site Management
  • Act as primary point of contact for OSE matters between vendors, contractors, and project teams.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with site teams, including access and lifting plans.
  • Provide regular reporting on equipment status, risks, and delivery milestones.
  • Risk, Compliance & Financial Control
  • Identify and manage logistics and technical risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements.
  • Track OSE budgets, logistics costs, and manage vendor invoices and contracts.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project delivery within data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience managing Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) or large-scale technical equipment delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, MEP systems).
  • Experience coordinating international shipping, customs processes, and multi-country deliveries.
  • Solid commercial acumen including budget tracking, vendor management, and contract administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Desirable
  • Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and mission-critical operations.
  • Experience managing multi-site or regional portfolios.
