We have an opportunity for a passionate and career-driven Property Manager to join our highly regarded QLD Retail Property Management team.

In this role, you’ll oversee a manageable portfolio of retail assets, taking ownership of the overall performance, presentation, and financial outcomes of the portfolio. You will be fully supported by our experienced and collaborative wider PM team, ensuring you have the resources and guidance to thrive.

Here’s what you will focus on;

• Managing all property management and building services operations
• Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational teams
• Overseeing all lease administration activities including compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and preparation of lease and licence documentation
• Preparing clear and detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners
• Managing financial transactions, ensuring correct authorisation, billing accuracy, and timely debt collection
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

Here's what you'll need to succeed;

• Previous experience in a commercial Property Management role
• Strong ability to manage client expectations and juggle multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Solid financial acumen, including knowledge of cash and accrual accounting and financial reporting
• A professional, approachable manner with high attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence/car
