At CBRE, our Workplace Consulting team helps organisations create workplaces where people thrive. We advise across the full workplace lifecycle, from strategy and experience design through to change, occupancy and performance.

This Melbourne based role sits at the centre of high impact, client facing work, supported by a strong pipeline and a highly connected national and global consulting community.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead workplace strategy and change engagements end to end for major clients.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, influence decisions and embed sustainable change.
  • Translate research, insight and data into clear, compelling workplace solutions.
  • Support business development through trusted client relationships, pitches and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, curious and highly regarded Workplace Consulting team.

About you:

  • An experienced workplace strategy and/or change consultant with strong client facing capability.
  • People centred, commercially minded and confident engaging at executive level.
  • A clear and persuasive communicator, able to simplify complex ideas.
  • Collaborative, energetic and motivated by work that genuinely makes a difference.
