Responsibilities:
Conducting a valuation assignment for all kinds of real estate including land, factory, office building, retail space etc.
Conducting a valuation analysis for real estate starting from site inspection, market field survey to value assessment and report preparation.
Make thorough inspections and investigations of a property and consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.
Coordinates team on real estate properties to accurately estimate the market value for financing purposes.
Visit sites to decipher areas, conditions and determine the local laws and regulations governing the area.
Conduct property valuations and create quality detailed reports, ensuring that proper timelines are followed.
Ensure the integrity of the evaluation request through validation of the legal description and ownership interest.
Meet all service level standards for responsiveness to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or real estate.
New graduates are welcome.
Experience in property valuation, credit analysis, or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
Proficient in data collection and analysis.
Ability to exercise judgment and handle complex real estate property types and legal structures.
Microsoft Office skills are required, especially Microsoft Excel.
