Are you ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate? For our Valuation department, we're currently looking for a Valuation Consultant. This is your chance to shine if you are passionate by financial analysis and clients contact. Our head offices are located in Brussels, but we also offer the possibility to work partly from our offices in Antwerp.

What’s in it for you?
As a Valuation Consultant, you determine the value of assets taking into account economic, financial and property related characteristics. You accompany our clients in the valuation process of their assets and advise them in order to maintain or improve their portfolio. Being able to inspect all types of commercial real estate, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the market.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals, dedicated to valuing a large variety of assets including offices, retail, logistic & industrial buildings, residential & leisure properties. We count amongst our clients: property investors, Belgian REITs (GVV-SIR), foreign investment funds, financial institutions, and public organizations.

Let’s talk about you
You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, technical studies or equivalent. Ideally, you already have some professional experience in consulting or audit, or similar positions.
You are Dutch speaking, but knowledge of French is of course an advantage. Proficiency in English is crucial. 
You combine strong analytical skills with a “hands-on” and entrepreneurial attitude.
You are a fast-learning team player with good presentation skills and attention to detail.
You treat information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
