Responsibilities:
Collect information about various types of retail properties, including shops, department stores, community malls and superstores, and arrange for photographs to be taken.
Visit sellers to discuss their properties, understand their special features and gather necessary information.
Estimate the value of properties based on market research and analysis.
Market and promote properties for sale, utilizing various channels and strategies.
Represent sellers in negotiating with prospective buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Advise clients and assist buyers in making informed decisions regarding property purchases.
Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure that a price is agreed upon, satisfactory to both parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
1-3 years of working experience in commercial real estate sales with a focus on retail properties.
New Grads are welcome.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai.
Pleasant personality, outgoing nature, and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
