As Head of Projects, you’ll be the driving force behind our project delivery and growth. You will:

  • Own and execute the Business Unit’s project plan
  • Lead and nurture high‑performing teams

You will be accountable for delivering profitable, on-time, best‑in-class projects while elevating our reputation as an industry leader.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead safe project delivery, managing risk and ensuring technical excellence
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop project talent for today and tomorrow
  • Identify project opportunities and bring strategic bids and proposals to market
  • Ensure every project meets contractual, financial, QHSE, and compliance standards
  • Build strong client relationships and win new work
  • Manage full P&L for the Business Unit and forecast effectively
  • Drive innovation through new technologies and smarter ways of working
  • Support and influence senior stakeholders through confident leadership
  • Champion CBRE core values and contribute to wider business strategy

You will also chair project review meetings, negotiate contracts, manage underperformance, and act as a key ambassador for both your team and the business.

📌 What You’ll Bring
Education & Training (desirable but flexible)

  • Technical qualification (Construction, Mechanical, Electrical)
  • Degree in Project or Construction Management
  • APM, Prince2, CDM, NEBOSH, SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS credentials

Experience

  • Proven track record delivering high-quality projects in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments
  • Experience generating new project work and managing P&L
  • Strong team leadership and bid/tender management experience

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel for operational needs, training, and business reviews (occasional overnights)
