Our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team provides integrated facilities management services to leading organisations worldwide. We are now looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support one of our global clients in Copenhagen, ensuring an efficient, safe, and welcoming workplace environment.

About the role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will act as a key link between CBRE, our client, and external vendors. You will be responsible for coordinating soft services, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance across the workplace. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining operational coordination with a strong focus on hospitality and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure a high standard of workplace experience by monitoring daily office cleanliness, service quality and promoting a strong hospitality culture
  • Coordinate and support local contractors and vendors, including providing daily guidance, evaluating performance, and conducting safety assessments and site tours
  • Drive operational excellence by proposing, optimising, and implementing preventative programmes aligned with SLAs and client requirements
  • Manage financial processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, quotations, and invoice reconciliation
  • Oversee HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance, including inspections, reporting, and implementation of regulatory and client requirements
  • Support audit preparation and participate in audit processes
  • Coordinate facility tickets for both preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with client operating procedures
  • Coordinate and follow up on all soft services, including cleaning, waste management (including confidential waste), reception, food services, meeting rooms, and office environment (plants and consumables)

About you

You are a structured and service-minded professional who enjoys coordinating operations and ensuring high standards. You take ownership, are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Your background includes:

  • Experience within facilities coordination, workplace services, or tenant services
  • Understanding of vendor management, procurement, and financial processes
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
