The Valuation Associate supports CBRE’s Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) team by managing onboarding/offboarding, system access, compliance documentation, client screening, and regular reporting. This role ensures smooth operations and adherence to internal quality and risk standards.
What You’ll Do:- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and system access.
- Track, update, and archive compliance documents.
- Maintain Conflict of Interest, Building Defect, and Risk Registers.
- Conduct monthly file audits and support quarterly reviews.
- Process CPD approvals and maintain the CPD register.
- Perform client screenings and flag compliance issues.
- Handle system administration tasks, backups, daily searches, and weekly reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree (BAB/BS) from four-year college or university.
- A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Work schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
