About the Role:

The Valuation Associate supports CBRE’s Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) team by managing onboarding/offboarding, system access, compliance documentation, client screening, and regular reporting. This role ensures smooth operations and adherence to internal quality and risk standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and system access.
  • Track, update, and archive compliance documents.
  • Maintain Conflict of Interest, Building Defect, and Risk Registers.
  • Conduct monthly file audits and support quarterly reviews.
  • Process CPD approvals and maintain the CPD register.
  • Perform client screenings and flag compliance issues.
  • Handle system administration tasks, backups, daily searches, and weekly reporting.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BAB/BS) from four-year college or university.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Work schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
