About the Role:

Join our team as an SD GRC Programme Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the Service Delivery Governance, Risk & Control (SD GRC) Embedded Risk Team within the Real Estate function of a leading financial services client. This is a global scope role, offering the opportunity to leverage your programme/project management skills, analytical abilities, and communication expertise to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized business programmes, ensuring structure, clarity, and timely execution.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Provide concise updates and influence decisions with data-backed insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, including deep dive root cause analysis, trend identification, and opportunity discoveries.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and insight-driven reports to support senior leadership and operational governance.
  • Develop Management Information (MI) dashboards and reporting packs using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Create high-quality MS Office deliverables, including management-level presentations, process flow diagrams, and structured project documentation.
  • Review and improve existing Client processes, documentation, and reporting frameworks; design and implement enhanced solutions.
  • Clearly articulate complex information in a digestible form for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online sites and document libraries, ensuring version control, usability, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, conduct research, and record action-focused minutes for governance forums.

What You Will Need:
  • Strong programme/project management capability with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (complex formulas, analysis, structured MI) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and structured root cause analysis.
  • Experience designing, maintaining, or enhancing SharePoint Online sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to simplify complex topics and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
