Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for large-scale construction projects, specifically in malls, corporate offices, or mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects of significant size and complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management plans for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify quality risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve construction materials and processes for compliance with specifications.
  • Train and mentor project staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare quality reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies regarding quality assurance matters.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management in the construction industry.
  • Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects such as malls, corporate offices, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
