We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on luxury residential (high-end) and hospitality projects in Madrid.


Key responsabilities

  • Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).

  • Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.

  • Leadership and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.

  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.

  • Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.

  • Added Value:

o   Risk Mitigation: Reducing unforeseen issues and rework through planning and resource optimization.

o   Operational Efficiency: Aligning field activities with project standards and monitoring progress in real time.

o   Transparency: Reporting results to all stakeholders and maintaining performance at the expected level.

In addition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the Management System by understanding and implementing the following:

  • Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies.
  • Application of the Best Environmental Practices Manual.
  • Compliance with SyS’s global policies and standards.


Job requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of solid, demonstrable experience in residential and hospitality sectors, specifically in luxury/high-end projects.
  • Education: Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.
  • Professional Skills and Knowledge: Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (constant communication with English-speaking clients will be required, as well as leading technical meetings).
  • Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, on-site health and safety standards, and sustainability standards.
  • Personal Skills: Coordination and planning abilities. Strong communication skills with clients and a strong ability to drive results by influencing others to achieve objectives
