Provide marketing support for a premier shopping centre
Work close to home at Erina on the Central Coast

We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Centre Management team at Erina Fair – the Central Coast’s premier retail destination. In this fast paced role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, retailer engagement, brand visibility, and positive customer experiences throughout the centre.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in ensuring campaigns, events, and communications are executed efficiently, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Preparation of digital marketing campaigns and content creation across social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram and updating of the centre website, including monitoring of these channels as a primary responsibility.
• Assist with executing the centre’s marketing plan and campaigns/activations
• Communicate with retailers and community partners, supporting participation and distributing marketing materials.
• Maintain brand standards across signage, collateral, and in‑centre presentation, while supporting general team operations.
• Marketing administration including calendars, reporting data, sales collection, and invoice processing.

Here are strengths and the background you’ll need to be successful;

• Degree in Marketing/Business or relevant marketing experience
• Confident creating social media content
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for events and engaging experiences
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Some weekend/after hours work required.
