To provide support to the QLD Office Leasing team, to ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.
About the role
- Manage stocklist and data through various platforms including CBRE’s Deal Tracker, Salesforce, Market IQ, vacancy schedule
- Assist in organisation of contractors (signage, flyers etc.)
- Maintain internet listings
- Preparing and coordinating marketing procedures with sales and leasing agents
- Written submission support
- Market RFI responses and management
- Prepare cashflow analysis of sale or lease proposals
- Preparing, designing, and editing information memorandums and submissions within PowerPoint and InDesign
- Manage and maintain up-to-date client contact database and enquiries on properties on various CBRE specific programs
- Lodging trust deposits and releases
About you:
- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
