About the role
The Knowledge Manager will own HR knowledge as a strategic asset powering Agentic AI — ensuring content is structured, governed, and optimized to safely ground AI agents and deliver accurate, consistent employee and manager experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage the HR knowledge strategy supporting AI agents and digital assistants.
- Structure, curate, and govern knowledge for AI grounding (policies, procedures, FAQs, decision trees).
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align knowledge design with agent behavior and workflows.
- Establish content standards, lifecycle management, and quality controls.
- Drive continuous improvement based on AI performance, containment, and user feedback.
- Enable HR teams to author and maintain knowledge content.

- 3+ years in knowledge management, content strategy, or HR service delivery.
- Experience supporting AIpowered knowledge systems, chatbots, or digital assistants.
- Strong understanding of structured content, taxonomy, and governance.
- Familiarity with HR platforms (e.g., HR case management, portals, digital assistants).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk, and experience quality.
