As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of a designated portfolio within the Industrial and Retail environment. You’ll be the key point of contact for tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, strong safety standards and continuous improvement across all building service, Play a critical role in delivering exceptional property performance, asset reliability and best-in-class tenant service 

The Opportunity:

  • Managing day-to-day facilities operations to ensure services, systems and structures run efficiently. 
  • Fostering strong, proactive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. 
  • Manage contractor performance, service standards and compliance
  • Monitoring and optimising building services, energy usage and essential services compliance. 
  • Managing OPEX budgets, reporting variances and contributing to annual budget planning. 
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, minor capital works and operational improvement initiatives. 
  • Ensure all safety, environment and statutory requirements are met. 

About You: 

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management—ideally within industrial, logistics or retail assets. 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organisational ability with high attention to detail. 
  • Confidence managing contractors, budgets and building compliance requirements. 
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and tenant satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing budgets and reporting on variances
  • Valid Drivers license and vehicle
