About the Role:
This role supports the Program Manager in delivering CBRE’s volunteerism and giving programs that drive employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience. The Analyst is responsible for program coordination and operational excellence, while providing exceptional support to Chapter Leaders, employees and key stakeholders such as Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) leaders, managers, and business leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day coordination of U.S. CBRE Cares volunteerism and giving programs, partnering with the Program Manager to deliver a consistent employee experience.
- Recruit, onboard, and support a national network of Chapter Leaders (maintain roster, schedule enablement sessions/office hours, lead quarterly convenings, and share updates via newsletters, Teams, and email).
- Coordinate execution of the annual We Care Campaign (in-person and virtual), including event logistics, Chapter Leader toolkits, communications coordination, and expense tracking.
- Support administration of the CBRE Cares Portal (Benevity): post and maintain volunteer/giving opportunities, refresh content, and resolve basic user/admin inquiries (escalating as needed).
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., Goodera and merchandise vendors) to schedule events and manage deliverables within budget guidelines.
- Track participation and engagement metrics, prepare routine status updates, and respond to stakeholder data requests.
- Maintain and update program resources and documentation (guidelines, FAQs, user guides, forms, and operating procedures) to support consistent delivery and compliance.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications and EBRG leaders to promote programs and support key volunteer moments (e.g., Intern Week of Service, heritage moments).
- Support recognition efforts (e.g., Volunteer Rewards) and identify opportunities to improve program operations, templates, and tools.
- Complete additional program coordination tasks as needed to support CBRE Cares priorities.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, events, administrative support, or a related role (internal experience supporting employee programs is a plus).
- Experience in community impact, volunteer management, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and details with a high level of accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfort drafting updates and coordinating with stakeholders across offices and levels.
- Customer-service mindset and responsiveness when supporting employees and Chapter Leaders; able to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to work with data and reporting (e.g., tracking participation, reconciling lists, preparing routine summaries).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI); experience with Smartsheet and/or Benevity is preferred.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Cares Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Cares Analyst position is $73,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
