About the Role:

Are you a self-starter looking to join a top performing commercial real estate team?  Due to our continued growth and increasing transaction volume, CBRE has a new Transaction Coordinator opportunity in Cincinnati.  As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management and brokerage teams and be responsible for documentation related to the transaction process flow.

This job is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for buying, selling, and leasing of retail, office, industrial, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare projections used to collect the commissions due to the company. Manage all listing and deal files in compliance with Real Estate regulations.
  • Create files for all executed listing and commission agreements and complete checklists. Distribute listing renewal information to sales professionals.
  • Create comp maps and prepare comps for Transaction Managers.
  • Obtain necessary verifications of contingencies to adhere to company revenue recognition policies.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.


What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
