About the Role:

As a CBRE Software Sr. Engineer, Techno-Functional Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting CBRE's global Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the platform, developing new integrations, and ensuring seamless compatibility with various ERP systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Platform Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and optimization of the Coupa P2P platform.
• Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations between Coupa and other ERP systems (PeopleSoft, iScala, JDE).
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective Coupa configurations.
• Implementation and Configuration: Execute new platform rollouts, configure settings, manage data loads, and maintain custom or standard integrations.
• Strategic Alignment: Contribute to the implementation of CBRE's D&T strategies, ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Documentation and Testing: Develop and maintain comprehensive system and process documentation and execute thorough test scripts.
• Metrics and Tracking: Assist in tracking demand and maintaining relevant performance metrics.
• Innovations: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions, bring fresh ideas to the team and take accountability to execute them.

What You’ll Need:

• Proficiency in configuring the latest versions of Coupa.
• Strong adaptability to new situations and flexibility in working across different time zones.
• A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountable in all tasks.
• Effective communicator.
• Coupa Sourcing and contract management module knowledge
• Intermediate SQL Skills
• Practical experience on integrating APIs into data solutions
