About the Role


As a CBRE Security Systems Administrator dedicated to one of our global technology clients, you will act as the technical lead for physical security infrastructure across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Your primary mission is to manage and optimize an enterprise level video surveillance and access control environment, ensuring 24/7 reliability of critical security platforms. You will perform remote administration for international sites while coordinating onsite support and physical works with vendors for key regional locations.

You will make sure systems, vendors, and stakeholders all stay in perfect sync.



What You’ll Do:


• Systems Administration:

Manage enterprise level physical security platforms (video surveillance and access control), including user permissions, global schedules, and overall system health.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, determining whether incidents are hardware, network , or software related.

• Vendor & Project Coordination:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for global guarding providers and approved system integrators. Organize onsite technician visits, define installation scopes, and provide technical sign off on new hardware deployments.

• Maintenance & Upgrades:

Evaluate and implement software patches, firmware updates, and system upgrades. Perform regular health checks and backups to ensure operational reliability and regional compliance.

• Cross System Logic & Automation:

Develop and maintain automated rules and integrations to enhance operational performance and equipment reliability.

• Regional Support:

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to regional security stakeholders across EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with CBRE and client global security standards.

• Documentation:

Maintain accurate as built documentation, site maps, and hardware inventories for assigned regions.

• Leadership & Values:

Lead by example and demonstrate behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence). Share knowledge and support the development of others within the security function.


What You’ll Need:


• Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience and technical certifications will also be considered.

• Technical Expertise: 

hands on experience with enterprise physical security systems is essential. Experience with Avigilon is preferred, but backgrounds with Genetec, Milestone, LenelS2, Software House (C Cure), SATEL, or similar platforms are highly valued. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• IT Foundations:

Solid understanding of IP networking, Windows Server environments, and hardware lifecycle management.

• Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly explain technical topics to non technical stakeholders. Professional fluency in English and basic Polish is required.

• Vendor Management:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage third party technicians to ensure work is completed to specification.

• Problem Solving Mindset:

Analytical, curious, and capable of solving moderately complex technical challenges using sound judgment and experience.

• Flexibility:

Willingness to occasionally work overnight, depending on business needs.
