Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with clients in the healthcare sector, specifically hospitals.
• Oversee and coordinate civil or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure project delivery meets client expectations in terms of quality, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and construction.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead proposal efforts for healthcare projects.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting healthcare facilities.
• Conduct site visits and project assessments to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 25-30 years of experience in managing healthcare construction projects, with a focus on hospitals.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and project management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MEP systems design and civil construction practices in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale healthcare projects in the Bangalore region.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
