We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Budapest team and play a key role in delivering high quality real estate projects.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- Oversee construction works in line with approved budgets and schedules
- Define project objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage and allocate project resources effectively
- Work closely with the interior design team to meet client expectations
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Identify and manage risks, prepare escalation and warning reports
- Organize site visits and support on site project activities
- Prepare proposals with management support
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation
- Contribute to team objectives while achieving personal performance goals
✅ What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in project management
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Business fluent English (spoken and written)
- Confident knowledge of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Experience in business/process analysis and change management
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ambitious, motivated, and committed mindset
⭐ Nice to Have
- Degree in Economics and/or Business Management
- Additional language skills (German is an advantage)

Please be advised that effective May 1, 2026, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. While your initial employment may be with CBRE Project Management, your employment will subsequently transfer to the newly formed entity encompassing both organizations.
