- Manage the entire "arrival-to-departure" journey for all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and freight, ensuring every package flow is as seamless as a guest's experience.
- Be the primary point of contact for all deliveries, maintaining "second-to-none" standards of cleanliness and organization in the loading bay and post room.
- Uphold the integrity of our building by meticulously following access control and screening processes for all incoming goods, keeping security at the forefront of every action.
- Log and track all supplier-related deliveries and issues in real-time, contributing to site reports and consistently meeting or exceeding mail distribution SLAs.
- Embody our RISE values by conducting all manual handling, COSHH deliveries, and equipment movements safely, logging any hazards immediately.
- Proactively assist in replenishing stock for product displays and refreshments, ensuring front-of-house areas are always well-supplied from the post room.
- Oversee the efficient removal of packaging and logistics for outgoing waste/recycling, ensuring our back-of-house areas reflect our commitment to innovation and excellence.
- Actively contribute to enhancing our safety culture by logging quality hazards and ensuring actions are closed out, making our spaces safer.
- Provide essential safety & security support by managing access control devices and passes for all staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Maintain rigorous security and safety standards, ensuring visitors are escorted and contractors are authorised and supervised.
- Be vigilant, raising any security concerns immediately to the Client security team and your line manager.
- Support our emergency prevention and operational controls, reporting all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.
- Complete monthly compliance tasks and support site audits to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with Building Evacuation Team training and drills, embedding a culture of safe working and compliance.
- You will demonstrate exceptional ownership and proactive behaviors, consistently contributing to KPIs and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Fluency in written and spoken English language.

- Experience within a customer service environment, providing guest services to the highest standard.
- Proven background in high-end hospitality or corporate back-of-house functions, such as 5-star hotels, luxury retail, or "Big Tech" environments where the "Guest Journey" is paramount.
