About the Role
CBRE is looking for a Research Analyst to join our Canada Research team as a part of the research function that supports and collaborates with local research teams across the country. This is a fully in-person role working out of CBRE’s offices at 145 King St W.
As a CBRE Research Analyst, you’ll support the research team by performing regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core commercial real estate data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team's production and delivery of research materials.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, review and consolidate quarterly statistical and investment data submissions from various stakeholder groups and local markets across the country.
- Lead coordination efforts with stakeholder groups and local markets across the country for diverse research projects.
- Support in ensuring compliance with due diligence procedures concerning the quality and accuracy of real estate data, quarterly statistics, and related reports.
- Contribute to the creation of informative research reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Analyze, create and update content on current trends in the commercial real estate market.
- Respond to broker requests for content or support, including data, slides, reports, and guidance on data sources.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, preferably in real estate, economics, finance, or geography.
- Some relevant experience is preferred.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Demonstrates good judgment in applying company policies and is dependable to deliver high-quality work when handed time-sensitive tasks.
- Resourceful and proactive self-motivated individual.
- Possess a positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The base salary being offered for this position is $55,000-$57,000. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
