We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Centre Management team at Erina Fair – the Central Coast’s premier retail destination. In this hands on role, you’ll bring Erina Fair’s campaigns, events and activations to life and play a key part in driving customer engagement, supporting retailers and enhancing the centre experience.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of marketing initiatives from planning through to execution, building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the centre’s overall marketing strategy.

About the Role

• Plan and deliver centre marketing campaigns and promotions from concept through to execution and reporting
• Manage end to end delivery of events and activations, acting as on site lead
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, timelines and budgets are met
• Manage social media content, website updates, EDMs and digital assets
• Build strong day to day relationships with retailers and community partners
• Drive retailer participation across campaigns and peak trade periods
• Oversee marketing administration, sales reporting, budgets and invoicing
• Ensure all centre marketing and signage is on brand and presented to a high standard

About You

• Degree qualified in Marketing/Business and/or proven marketing experience
• Strong experience creating and managing social media content
• Passionate about creating engaging campaigns, events and customer experiences
• Highly organised, proactive and with excellent communication skills
• Flexible to support occasional weekends and after hours events
