Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Communicate with general managers and facility teams regarding upcoming repairs and projects
  • Enforce compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations to reduce risks
  • Build relationships with vendors and contractors to support timely and cost-effective services
  • Maintain the physical condition of facilities, applying available resources and personnel to achieve a safe, clean, and functional environment
  • Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and services
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reporting of HVAC, generator, and CRAC units
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

  • Experience in facility management with sound technical knowledge
  • Strong client service relationship skills
  • Budgeting and financial reporting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
