About the Role:

 

As a Client Care Sr Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client

requirements by collaborating with multiple internal teams. You will be responsible for managing and

enhancing client relationships, overseeing client care programs, and supporting the growth of new

business opportunities.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Manage client onboarding, reporting, and system support processes.
  • Coordinate internal and client requests, ensuring service levels are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
  • Deliver client training and prepare SOPs, reports, and updates.
  • Support team knowledge-sharing and continuous process improvement.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Facilities Management Background is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
